Violet S. Stiffler, 81, of Middletown, passed away peacefully at home on March 25, 2024.
Violet was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was born on August 9, 1942, in Brooklyn and raised with her mother and 5 siblings. After marrying her beloved husband Bill, they settled in Middletown in 1973 to raise their young family.
Violet was a homemaker who took pride in creating a warm and welcoming home for her family. She enjoyed arts and crafts, decorating for the holidays, gardening, and cooking.
Violet had a strong sense of community and considered her neighbors as extended family members. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and had a kind and caring heart.
Violet will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She leaves behind her husband of 57 years, William Stiffler along with their children; son, William Stiffler, and daughters, Lisa (Adrian) Marinez and Cheryl (Paul) Silfee. She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren; Kristen (Ryan) Felterman, Julia Stiffler, Karissa, Isabella, Angelina, Demetrio, Nico, and Marco and 1 great-grandson, Colton.
